• To place an order, you may be required to create an account with accurate personal details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed on salonstore.pk are subject to product availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods displayed on our website.
• In case of payment failure, we are not liable for any losses incurred by the customer.

4. Pricing & Promotions

• Prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue promotions at any time without notice.
• Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are dispatched from our warehouse.
• Cash on delivery is available in Lahore only.
• Once you place an order it goes through several tests/inspections before it is delivered to you.
• We offer delivery services across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times may vary based on location.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues) are beyond our control.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Salon Store is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

• No return or exchange on used or opened products due to hygiene concerns.
• Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, expired or incorrect products within 3 days of delivery.
• Only regular priced item may be refunded, sale items can not be refunded.
• You can return the product if delivered product is damaged/expired.
• Hair colors are not refundable and exchangeable.
• To request a return, customers must contact us via WhatsApp at 03004808507 with order details and proof of the issue.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.

7. Product Authenticity

• Salon Store guarantees 100% authentic and original professional salon products.
• We source our products directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on salonstore.pk, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Salon Store and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and information. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions, incorrect usage, or unintended side effects caused by the products.
• Salon Store shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
