Welcome to Salon Store. We are Pakistan’s 1st B2B and B2C online E-commerce store and these are the terms & conditions. By using Salon Store, you accept these terms & conditions. We have the right to change, add, modify or remove some terms & conditions at any time without any notice. Changes will be added with no notice.


Please view privacy and policy, which also governs your visit to the site. The personal information provided by you will be treated as strictly confidential.

We will do our utmost to ensure that access to the site is error free and uninterrupted. However, due to the nature of internet and the site, this can not be guaranteed. Your access to the site may be suspended or restricted to allow for maintenance or the introduction of new services at any time without prior notice.

  1. We may collect various pieces of information if you place an order with us on the site.
  2. We collect, process and store your data for processing your purchase on the site. Furthermore, we may collect personal information including your name, email address, personal address, contact number and payment details.
  3. We use the information you provide us to enable us to process your orders. This information includes your name, contact number, email address and your address.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • All orders are dispatched from our Warehouse (Lahore).
  • We are doing COD (Cash on Delivery) in Lahore only.
  • If you are placing an order outside from Lahore, text your order number on our WhatsApp (03004808507) and our representative will guide you.
  • We use Leopards Courier to deliver products outside of Lahore.
  • Once you place an order, it goes through several tests/inspections before it is delivered to you.
  • Orders placed from Lahore will be delivered in 1-3 working days.
  • Orders placed from other cities will be delivered in 4-7 working days.
  • Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be processed on Monday.
  • If your order is delayed by any reason, we will inform you.

We charge 180 rupees delivery in Lahore.

If we are experiencing high amount of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Return & Refunds:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at WhatsApp.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or expired (Which is never the case).
  • Hair colors are not refundable and exchangeable.

To return your product, you should send us a message at our given WhatsApp number with your order details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You can return the products if:

  1. Delivered product is damaged/expired.
  2. Delivered product is incomplete.

If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 5-7 days.
