At Salon Store (salonstore.pk), we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery across Pakistan. Please read our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
  • Delivery services are provided through trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2-4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3-7 business days
  • Delays: Delivery times may vary due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Charges vary based on location and order weight (calculated at checkout).
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above a specific amount (as per ongoing promotions).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order using the courier’s tracking system.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in Lahore only.
  • Lahore – Orders above Rs 10,000 will only be processed with advance payment of 50% (Bank Deposit).
  • Other cities: Bank Transfer
  • If the amount is not transferred with in 2 days, your order will be cancelled without any notice.
  • Customers must pay the full amount to the delivery rider before receiving the package.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier may reattempt delivery.
  • If the order is returned to us due to non-receipt, the customer must pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, report it within 3 days of delivery.
  • Contact us via WhatsApp (03004808507) with pictures of the product and packaging for assistance.

9. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • We have the right to refuse or cancel any order without any reason or due to customer history of orders in the past.
